OK, its not the fanciest or most modern pub in Long Eaton, but I guarantee it's the cleanest and probably most comfortable. It's also won more beer awards than you can shake a stick at. This pub has an ever-changing menu of local beers at reasonable prices. The owner takes huge pride in his beers. I've seen him take back half-drunk pints and refilled them because he didn't like the clarity after the beer had settled. It's very friendly and serves great cobs at lunchtimes. It's like a time machine - you go in for a quick drink at 1 pm, like it so much that when you walk outside its four hours later.

The Hole in the wall as got to be the best pub in town.Great beers always on offer.The Hole is also home to a talented pool team alway,s chasing high league positions,ladies darts team,domino team and a very friendly skittles team. The hole runs a quiz night every other tuesday (next one 26/10/2010 @ 8-30pm)
